When selecting plastic pallets, the selected specifications will be different according to the required items.

1. First of all, consider the packaging specification of the goods and the placement method on the plastic pallet. For example, the size of the European standard turnover box is 600*400mm, five on the 1200*1000mm pallet layer and four on the 1200*800mm pallet layer. Generally, five layers are stacked.

2. Consider the situation of pallet loading tools (such as containers, trucks, etc.). For example, in case of round-trip turnover or one-time use, priority should be given to the integration of 2300mm wide shipping containers. For 1200*1000mm pallets, a combination of 1200mm long and 1000mm wide must be used, and a 4-way fork must be selected. For 1200*800mm pallets, place them side by side in the direction of 800mm width. For 1100*1100mm pallets, use 1100mm width, place 2 columns, 2-way or 4-way.

3. If it is used on the shelf of the warehouse, the width and depth of the shelf should be considered. Generally, two pallets are placed in each storage space on each floor of the selected shelf, and about 200mm storage and storage space is reserved. Try to give large size in the depth direction, which will not produce harsh requirements on the carrying capacity of the plastic pallet, so as to save the purchase cost.

4. If it is used on the shelves of automated three-dimensional warehouse, in addition to meeting the above requirements, factors such as the anti-skid coefficient of the pallet, the coordination between the bottom of the pallet and the chain conveyor, the fork height, the bearing capacity of the upper shelf, the permanent deformation, the deflection of the long and short sides, the location of the barcode and the placement of the RFID chip should also be considered.

5. The size of plastic pallet should also consider versatility. At present, the commonly used sizes in China are 1210 international standard pallet, 1208 European standard pallet and T11 Japanese standard pallet.
